Hello friends,
My Bosch SGV43A23EU11 dishwasher has ceased functioning, and I’d like to fix the issue myself, so if anyone has a a repair guide or service manual for this model, or can guide me, I’d really be thankful. When I try to start a wash, nothing happens: no lights, no sounds, and no water is flowing. It just stopped mid-cycle yesterday. I’m looking for some help to fix it. Please don't share the operating manual, I already have it and it’s not useful.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Welcome to the Dishwasher Repair Forum! I had a comparable issue with my Bosch SGV43A23EU11 dishwasher a few months ago, and I found a detailed service guide on the internet. It includes step-by-step instructions, wiring schematics, and diagnostic hints. Here’s the URL, I found it on a blog on a subreddit :

Hi, assistance needed please I also have a Bosch SGV43A23EU11 dishwasher, and I got the repair guide shared above. Could anyone explain how to check the electrical supply and what components to test first? I’m a bit confused by the electrical schematics. Any advice would be appreciated!

Start by checking the basics: 1. Power Supply: Use a multimeter to test the outlet and the terminal block where the power cord connects to the dishwasher. You should see around 120V (or 240V, depending on your model). 2. Door Switch: This is a common failure point. If the door isn’t fully closed or the switch is faulty, the dishwasher won’t start. Test the switch for continuity with a multimeter. 3. Thermal Fuse: If the dishwasher overheated, the thermal fuse might be blown. Check it for continuity as well.

Hi, I’m experiencing trouble with my dishwasher too. I inspected the power supply, and the socket, evrything is fine, but there’s no voltage at the terminal block. According to the schematic in the pdf, I should have some voltage there, right? How do I check the mainboard? Is my dishwasher completely faulty? The fuse seem good, I checked it with a voltage meter. Any suggestions? 🤔

I believe my appliance has an electrical problem because it isn't starting. I’m not very experienced with repairs, but I’m willing to give it a shot. I have a current tester and some simple equipment. Can anyone guide me on where to start? I’ve heard the mainboard, motor, or door switch could be the problem. Any advice would be appreciated, can provide serial number if needed!

Avoid jumping into replacing parts immediately. Depending on the problem, the method to diagnosing issues may vary. Sometimes, devices are recalled, and you can simply allow the company handle the repair. Does your dishwasher have problems with the screen, indicators, or makes sounds? Start with the basics by checking the electrical connection, latch, and mainboard. It’s crucial to proceed step by step instead of quickly replacing parts like the control board or pump. First, verify if the dishwasher is getting power. It’s as simple as that. Also, check the latch and fuse. If you’re a total beginner in appliance repair, it might be safer to call a repair shop to avoid causing more issues, even if it costs a little extra. They can easily identify the problem and find the faulty part. Then, it’s your choice whether you want to replace it yourself. (A tip: always disconnect the dishwasher before trying to repair it).

This is my checklist for troubleshooting a faulty dishwasher: Power Supply: Check the dishwasher is receiving power. Check the socket and connection point too. Latch: Test for continuity. A broken switch can stop the dishwasher from working. Thermal Fuse: Check if it’s blown. Replace it if needed. Control Board: Inspect for obvious damage or disconnected connections. Motor and Motor: Check for proper operation and confirm they’re functioning properly. Here’s what I discovered:

Dishwashers can cost anywhere from around 500 to more than 2 000 there can be huge gulfs of performance and features between any two models. Small items The dishwasher also has a small item container with a lid. However RV dishwashers are safer since they wash dry and store thus reducing mishaps after. How to tell newer from older for this Perhaps whether it has a cleanable filter in the bottom of the compartment. If your dishwasher takes forever to fill a clogged inlet screen restricting the water flow might be the culprit. The flexibility of moving it around gives it an edge over built ins. After my first test drive it cleans very nicely but doesn t dry well because I didn t use raise aid. My Whirlpool dishwasher is the BEST dishwasher in the world when it works but there has been times when I ve spent hours trying to get it to work. All of these are in the shorter bottom drawer. Lastly another area to check is the eaves on the roof of your house. I fire at stoneware temperature about 1280 oC. Something in this article stuck me. Our current best is always changing. Never noticed Katris smells sad the dishwashers I ve used WellPoint over the last 40 years. The above video shows how to follow these steps to check junction box wiring. With the pump still on the machine. Liquid detergent was officially available in 1946 and due to extensive marketing by the consumer product companies is the most popular type of laundry detergent used in the U. Most newer dishwashers have heaters inside that warm up water more efficiently than your water heater. It will start fill with water and then stop then drain fill stop. A small rack atop the middle rack folds and unfolds to cradle stemware. Another KitchenAid option for you might be the 700 series which shares many of the features of the 800 including the LED lighting if that interests you. We understand the hassle that appliance repair and replacement cause and will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you get provided with the best dishwasher repair services. After confirming that proceed to inspect the inlet hose meticulously for any potential kinks or blockages. Appliance for prompt expert repair service and upfront flat rate prices. Wait until you have children and you will see. You don t have to store it out of sight when you re not using it and some even come with a usable top on it so that you don t lose as much countertop space. I sprayed all the walls door and poured a fourth to half cup in the drain area then ran a normal cycle with no dishes. I m poor saying Fugro that s good or bad but a few retarded made Sunoco comments of shit nature. Those 18 inches are a back saver and make it so much easier to see in to load and unload. This seems to be a running quirk with GE Appliances dishwashers but it s also partly due to energy efficiency standards Less water means longer dishwasher cycles.
