Hi my good fellows,
My Bosch SHE65P02UC60 dishwasher has ceased functioning, and I’d like to fix the issue myself, so if anyone has a a repair guide or service manual for this unit, or can offer suggestions, I’d really thank you. When I try to start a washing cycle, nothing happens: no lights, no water flow, and no sounds. It just stopped mid-cycle yesterday. I’m looking for some guidance to fix it. Please don't share the owner's manual, I already have it and it’s not informative.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Welcome to the Dishwasher Repair Forum! I have experienced a comparable problem with my Bosch SHE65P02UC60 dishwasher a few weeks ago, and I discovered a detailed service manual on the internet. It includes step-by-step directions, electrical diagrams, and diagnostic hints. Here’s the link, I discovered it on a blog thanks to a subreddit :

Hello, assistance needed please I too have a Bosch SHE65P02UC60 dishwasher, and I downloaded the repair manual mentioned above. Could someone explain how to check the electrical supply and what parts to test first? I’m a bit confused by the electrical schematics. Any suggestions would be great!

Start by checking the basics: 1. Power Supply: Use a multimeter to test the outlet and the terminal block where the power cord connects to the dishwasher. You should see around 120V (or 240V, depending on your model). 2. Door Switch: This is a common failure point. If the door isn’t fully closed or the switch is faulty, the dishwasher won’t start. Test the switch for continuity with a multimeter. 3. Thermal Fuse: If the dishwasher overheated, the thermal fuse might be blown. Check it for continuity as well.

Hi, I’m having trouble with my appliance too. I checked the electrical supply, and the socket, evrything is fine, but there’s no voltage at the terminal block. According to the wiring diagram in the pdf, I expect to have 120V there, right? How do I check the control board? Is my appliance completely faulty? The fuses seem fine, I checked it with a multimeter. Any suggestions? 🤔

I believe my appliance has an electrical problem because it won’t start at all. I’m not very experienced with repairs, but I’m willing to give it a shot. I have a current tester and some basic equipment. Can someone guide me on how to begin? I’ve heard the control board, motor, or door mechanism could be the issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated, can provide model number if required!

Don’t Rush into changing parts right away. Depending on the problem, the method to diagnosing malfunctions may vary. Sometimes, devices are recalled for safety, and you can simply allow the manufacturer handle everything. Does your appliance have problems with the display, lights, or makes sounds? Start with the basics by checking the electrical connection, door switch, and mainboard. It’s important to move step by step instead of quickly swapping parts like the mainboard or motor. First, check if the dishwasher is getting power. It’s as easy as that. Also, check the latch and fuse. If you’re a complete beginner in appliance repair, it might be better to call a service center to avoid causing more issues, even if it costs a bit more. They can quickly identify the problem and find the broken part. Then, it’s your choice whether you decide to fix it yourself. (A piece of advice: always disconnect the dishwasher before trying to repair it).

This is my checklist for troubleshooting a faulty dishwasher: Electrical Supply: Verify the dishwasher is getting power. Test the socket and terminal block as well. Latch: Test for continuity. A broken wire can stop the dishwasher from starting. Thermal Fuse: Check if it’s blown. Replace it if necessary. Mainboard: Inspect for obvious damage or loose connections. Pump and Motor: Test for continuity and confirm they’re functioning properly. For more detailed instructions, check out this link. : https://producthelp.jennair.com/Dishwashers/Dishwasher
