Hello all,
My Bosch SHP65T55UC01 dishwasher has ceased functioning, and I’d like to address the problem myself, so if anyone has a a repair guide or service manual for this unit, or can help me out, I’d really be grateful. When I try to start a cycle, nothing happens: no lights, sounds, or water flow. It just quit mid-cycle yesterday. I’m looking for some support to troubleshoot it. Please don't share the operating manual, I already have it and it’s not informative.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Dishwasher Repair Forum! I have had a comparable problem with my Bosch SHP65T55UC01 dishwasher a few weeks ago, and I discovered a comprehensive service manual on the internet. It includes step-by-step directions, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting hints. Here’s the link, I discovered it on a blog through reddit :

Hello, assistance required please I too have a Bosch SHP65T55UC01 dishwasher, and I got the repair guide mentioned above. Could someone explain how to check the electrical supply and what components to inspect initially? I’m a bit confused by the wiring diagrams. Any advice would be appreciated!

Start by checking the basics: 1. Power Supply: Use a multimeter to test the outlet and the terminal block where the power cord connects to the dishwasher. You should see around 120V (or 240V, depending on your model). 2. Door Switch: This is a common failure point. If the door isn’t fully closed or the switch is faulty, the dishwasher won’t start. Test the switch for continuity with a multimeter. 3. Thermal Fuse: If the dishwasher overheated, the thermal fuse might be blown. Check it for continuity as well.

Hi, I’m experiencing trouble with my dishwasher too. I inspected the power supply, and the socket, evrything is fine, but there’s no power at the terminal block. According to the schematic in the pdf, I should have some voltage there, right? How do I test the mainboard? Is my appliance completely non-functional? The fuse seem good, I tested it with a voltage meter. Any ideas? 🤔

I think my dishwasher has an electrical problem because it won’t start at all. I’m not very skilled with repairs, but I’m open to give it a shot. I have a multimeter and some basic equipment. Can someone help me on how to start? I’ve heard the control board, pump, or door switch could be the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated, can provide serial number if needed!

Don't jump into changing parts immediately. Depending on the issue, the approach to troubleshooting malfunctions may vary. Sometimes, devices are recalled for safety, and you can simply allow the manufacturer handle everything. Does your dishwasher have problems with the screen, lights, or makes sounds? Start with the basics by checking the electrical connection, door switch, and mainboard. It’s important to move step by step instead of hastily replacing parts like the mainboard or pump. First, verify if the dishwasher is powered on. It’s as simple as that. Also, inspect the latch and thermal fuse. If you’re a total beginner in dishwasher repair, it might be safer to call a repair shop to prevent causing more issues, even if it costs a bit more. They can quickly identify the issue and identify the broken part. Then, it’s up to you whether you want to fix it yourself. (A tip: always disconnect the appliance before trying to repair it).

I think I damaged my dishwasher thermal resistance while trying to swap the water valve. Now it doesn’t warm up at all while operating. Is it likely I caused more issues? Something’s not working properly. I downloaded the Bosch SHP65T55UC01 maintenance guide guide hopefully it’ll help me determine what went wrong. Hoping for the best...

This is my checklist for troubleshooting a malfunctioning dishwasher: Power Supply: Verify the dishwasher is receiving power. Check the socket and terminal block too. Latch: Test for continuity. A broken wire can stop the dishwasher from working. Fuse: Check if it’s damaged. Swap it if necessary. Mainboard: Inspect for obvious damage or disconnected connections. Motor and Motor: Test for proper operation and ensure they’re working properly. Avoid turning your dishwasher into a makeshift storage space for dirty dishes. If the hose hasn t been installed correctly it may be kinked or positioned in such a way that it traps water preventing the dishwasher from draining effectively. There are plenty of HOW TO videos on YouTube. Then submerge it in hot water and scrub as mentioned in method 2. Otherwise occasional steam sterilization is recommended. And place one on each side of the sink. Good luck I know how frustrating a problem like that can be.
